Just out of curiosity, why "Maintain Database Connections = No"? I've always the JDBC driver with Maintain = Yes. i.e. jdbc:seefusion:jdbcwrapper:{jdbc:macromedia:sqlserver://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:1433; databaseName=XXXX; SelectMethod=direct; sendStringParametersAsUnicode=false; MaxPooledStatements=1000}; And then Advanced Settings: Maintain DB Connections = Yes

Doug, I'm interested in any progress you made with your SAML/ColdFusion work. I am considering a deployment of SAML 2.0 w/CF9 Enterprise. MS ADFS 2.0 will issue a SAML 2.0 (or 1.1) SAML token. I am interested in how you were able to get CF to consume that token. If you documented it anywhere or can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Rob

@Paula, sorry, no. I have not given my blog the needed attention it deserves. I will try to make a post in the next couple of days on how to set Oracle web cache up, as it's the most requested on my blog.

Doug, was looking for your email address -- you had an old post up regarding mafia wars on the iPhone. I just got into it on facebook and also grabbed the iPhone client. Cool stuff. Anyway, send me an invite to your mafia if you're still playing. Or if not already in one, we should start a Mafia of CF folks. Peace. -Steve

Thanks Doug & Daniel. I'd been looking at how this can be achieved without having to write complicated application code to handle it or dynamically changing the mirrored server's IP or servername. Can't believe it's this simple. :-)
